HEMOPHILIA WALK

Saturday, September 18th 2010
8:00am - Registration
10:00am - Walk
Diversey Harbor
2601 North Cannon Drive
Chicago, IL 60614

The Walk is a tremendous opportunity to nationally spread the positive word about how through education, understanding and support all people with bleeding disorders can live strong productive lives.

Come one - come all to the Inaugural Year of the Illinois walk!

Join us on the outstanding Chicago lakefront for this wonderful day of fun and fundraising. Weather, this time of year in Chicago, is generally in the 60 – 70 degree range with lots of sunshine. This will only add to the beauty of the Lake Michigan shore as we all get together to promote and support the Illinois bleeding disorder community.

A Large Message of HOPE from a Small Community

Those of us in the bleeding disorder community know that the importance of effective diagnosis, strong self-education, comprehensive specialty medical care and access to insurance. September 18, 2010 will be a day for us to get this message out to the larger world – or at least the greater Chicagoland area. We will do this by bringing together the largest ever-assembled group of people with bleeding disorders ever-recorded. This group will have the opportunity to tell our invited guests and the media the large message of hope our small community has to share.
